If chest pain occurs, the following investigations should be considered: in the first case, if the pain is in the breast and is severe and persistent, then a mammogram is recommended to determine the cause of the disease. In the second case, if the skin on the local surface of the breast shows color changes, unevenness or bumps, a tissue biopsy is needed along with imaging. In the third case, if the breast pain is cyclical, it is considered to be caused by menstrual periods and hormonal testing may be an option. In the fourth case, if the pain is internal to the chest, it is usually considered that the lesions occurring are cardiac and pulmonary, and that diseases such as tuberculosis and lung abscesses can be painful with other comorbidities such as cough and hemoptysis. In the fifth case, in the case of heart-related diseases, a family history is usually considered, and there are triggers and past medical history, depending on the location of the pain, the appropriate test and examination department are selected.
