Stomach ulcer surgery in a few days

Gastric ulcer surgery is usually discharged 7-10 days after surgery. Surgery for gastric ulcers is usually necessary due to bleeding, perforation and pyloric obstruction complicating gastric ulcers. There are usually two types of surgery for gastric ulcer complicated by perforation, the first is simple perforation repair and the second is a major gastrectomy. For gastric ulcer complicated by hemorrhage, there are usually two types of surgery, the first one is simple bleeding suture and the second one is major gastrectomy. For gastric ulcer complicated by pyloric obstruction, the preferred surgical procedure is major gastrectomy. Generally, gastric ulcer surgery is performed by major gastrectomy, with a liquid diet starting about 3 days after surgery, a semi-liquid diet 5-7 days after surgery, and discharge from the hospital 7-10 days after surgery. There are also different recovery times for patients due to different surgical sites, surgical methods, and different personal constitutions, which result in different discharge times.
