Can you heal yourself if you have a lacunar foci?

Cavernous foci are supposed to be cavernous disorders of cerebral ischemia in the head that cannot heal themselves. Cavernous foci are generally known as cavernous cerebral infarction, which refers to the occlusion and sclerosis of small arteries, causing local ischemic necrosis of brain tissues, which is usually less severe in symptoms, but it also needs to be actively treated.
Because once a lacunar cerebral infarction occurs, it means that there are necrosis and apoptosis of neuronal cells and neurons cannot be rebuilt, so lacunar infarction is equivalent to epidermal scars, which cannot be removed. However, because lacunar cerebral infarction is usually small, it is not easy to affect the autonomic innervation area, or even if it affects the autonomic innervation area, it will be rebuilt quickly, and there is usually no obvious clinical manifestation.
Cavernous foci can generally be given vasodilator drugs, such as nimodipine and other calcium antagonists for treatment. Risk factors for cerebrovascular disease such as blood pressure, blood glucose, and blood lipids should be controlled in general. Diet should be low salt and low fat, eat more vegetables and fruits to prevent the formation of atherosclerosis.
Patients with lacunar foci should go to the hospital in time for examination and standardized treatment under the guidance of doctors.
