The statement that gynecological cancer is the lightest cancer is a little bit absolute. Cancer is a more serious disease and there is no such thing as the lightest cancer; for the same kind of cancer, the earlier the stage, the lighter the condition and the better the prognosis. The most common gynecological malignant tumors in women include ovarian cancer, cervical cancer, and endometrial cancer, which are related to heredity, hormone levels, and other factors. All cancers have the possibility of endangering patients’ lives, so they should cooperate with doctors in time for treatment through surgical resection, radiotherapy, endocrine therapy and so on. Among them, the prognosis is often better in early stage of the disease, for example, the five-year survival rate of early ovarian cancer can be 90%; the five-year survival rate of early uterine cervical cancer is about 80%; and the five-year survival rate of early endometrial cancer is more than 90%. It is recommended that patients should consult the doctor in time if they have any discomfort, improve the examination to clarify the cause of the disease, and actively cooperate with the treatment in order to get a better prognosis.
