First of all, it is equipped with three modes to meet the clinical needs of cutting, excision and coagulation, and the highly precise laser beam ensures precise treatment and no scarring after surgery. Secondly, the incision is fine, and the vaporization depth of the laser on the tissue is only 001(mm). The procedure has the advantages of no bleeding, short time, no pain, fast healing, no charring and few complications. The clinical indications of dermatology mainly include pigmented nevus seborrheic keratosis, hair epithelioma, sweat duct tumor, facial xanthoma, freckles, etc. After talking about gas lasers, let’s talk about solid state lasers. Solid laser includes yttrium-doped neodymium garnet laser and ruby laser, etc. The former has a wavelength of 1064nm, which is near infrared light and can be better absorbed by melanin, and is the most penetrating laser among pigment laser devices; the latter has a wavelength of 694nm, which is a red laser and has a higher absorption rate by melanin. The last is liquid laser, mainly pulsed dye laser, which is commonly used in pulses of 510nm dye laser, which is green visible light mainly absorbed by melanin or tattoo particles, and is used to treat body surface pigment diseases such as freckles, pigmentation and nevus of Ota and tattoos. At present, for shallow moles, you can use ruby laser or dye laser to get rid of them; if they are larger and deeper moles, you should use CO₂ super pulse laser to get rid of them. After the mole is spotted, the black spot will disappear immediately, usually there will be slight redness and scabbing, and the scab will fall off in a week or so, the spotted area is tender red, and the trace will be basically invisible after paying attention to maintenance.
