Chuan Beimu is a Chinese herbal medicine made from the bulbs of the plants of the genus Beimu of the family Liliaceae, including Chuan Beimu, Sosha Beimu, Gansu Beimu, and Dark Purple Beimu, which has the efficacy of dispersing knots and eliminating carbuncles (evacuating knots and eliminating carbuncles), clearing away heat and resolving phlegm, moistening the lungs, and relieving coughs.
