How to correct a crooked neck in adulthood

Secondly, surgical treatment: adult patients often have organic changes in neck curvature, such as congenital squint or chronic atlantoaxial subluxation, inflammation of the pharynx and so on. For adult patients, wearing a brace to correct the problem is no longer effective and the sternocleidomastoid muscle can be released under surgery. In chronic atlantoaxial subluxation, the risks and advantages and disadvantages of surgery need to be evaluated, and surgical treatment can also correct such causes of the oblique neck.
