Hepatocellular carcinoma grade III generally refers to advanced liver cancer, and the overall survival of patients with advanced liver cancer is usually around 3-6 months. Because advanced hepatocellular carcinoma itself has larger liver tumor foci or more foci, there may or may not be portal vein cancer thrombus, and distant metastasis, such as lung metastasis and lymph node metastasis, will occur. At the same time, the liver function of the patient is poor, with low albumin, elevated bilirubin, elevated aminotransferase, ascites, and symptoms such as fatigue, emaciation and possible fever. It is difficult to remove the liver tumor completely through surgery for advanced liver cancer, but some other treatments can be used, such as interventional embolization, microwave ablation, radiofrequency ablation, systemic intravenous chemotherapy, oral antitumor drugs, etc., to see if it is possible to prolong the survival time of the patient, but the overall life expectancy is relatively short.
