Topical medications for bruises and broken skin, if it is a skin injury there will be mucous membranes, try to avoid using alcohol-based topical medications because its can aggravate the mucous membrane damage and can make a person feel irritated. Try to use topical disinfectants that do not contain alcohol and are not irritating to the mucous membranes, such as iodophor. If it is a particularly clean wound that is free of contamination and does not require a topical antiseptic, consider using recombinant bovine basic (fibroblast) growth factor. Its effect on tissue repair is better and milder, and it is suitable for topical application to wounds such as broken skin and mucous membranes, and is particularly effective. However, it is important to note that it needs to be refrigerated during use, i.e. it should be kept in the refrigerator after use.
