What is the occasional chest pain?

Occasional throbbing pain in the wound may be caused by the following two parties: 1. It may be a heart disease, such as angina pectoris or myocardial infarction. When tenderness occurs, it will also be accompanied by chest tightness, palpitations or symptoms of insufficient blood supply to the brain such as dizziness, pallor and weakness of the limbs. 2. It may be caused by intercostal neuralgia. The nature of the pain during the throbbing pain is dominated by a pulling discharge-like pain. And the episodes are irregular, but the pain can be very severe during the episodes. Most commonly, intercostal neuralgia is caused by viral invasion of the intercostal plexus after the appearance of shingles on the chest and back. Some intercostal neuralgia, too, is of unknown origin.
