Is the upper lobe of the right lung important?

Occupation in the upper lobe of the right lung, if it is a benign occupying lesion, it needs to be evaluated whether it is serious or not according to the progress of the disease; however, if it is a malignant occupying lesion, it is more serious.
1. Benign occupying lesions
(1) Lung cysts: relatively small lung cysts are generally not serious, but larger ones are prone to rupture and bleeding and carry a risk of shock, so they should be taken seriously.
(2) Lung abscess: related to infection and inflammation, if the abscess gradually increases in size and causes a purulent reaction, the condition will be more serious and induce symptoms such as chest tightness and chest pain, but timely treatment can be cured.
2. Malignant space-occupying lesions: for example, lung adenocarcinoma and squamous lung cancer, which are more serious and have no cure at present, but can only prolong the survival rate of patients through early treatment. When the disease develops into middle or late stage, it will threaten the patient’s life at any time.
If occupying lesions are found in the right lung, it is necessary to consult the doctor in time and analyze the nature of occupying lesions through pathological examination, and then carry out standardized treatment according to the doctor’s instructions, so as to avoid delaying the condition.
