A positive urine test is usually indicative of pregnancy. If the patient has fertility requirements, it is generally recommended to go to the hospital as soon as possible to check blood HCG, progesterone and gynecological ultrasound, and then decide the next step of treatment according to the examination. If the patient has a positive urine test and does not have fertility requirements, it is generally recommended to go to the hospital for gynecologic ultrasound about 10 days after the menstrual delay. If the gynecological ultrasound indicates an early intrauterine pregnancy, in this case, a medical abortion or an induced abortion can be chosen for surgical treatment to terminate the pregnancy. Before the abortion or medical abortion, the vaginal discharge should be further checked to exclude vaginal inflammation, and the abortion should be performed only if there is no vaginal inflammation. If there is no vaginal inflammation, abortion can be performed only if there is no contraindication to abortion.
