The phenomenon of rich pouch on the patient’s major vertebral point is mainly due to chronic strain injury in the cervical spine area resulting in local fat accumulation. After the patient has developed a rich bag, conservative treatment can be adopted, firstly, the patient should be told to reduce the weight-bearing activities of the neck, and targeted prying and loosening can be performed by applying small needle knives, as well as auxiliary acupuncture, moxibustion, acupuncture point herbal iontophoresis, and also physiotherapy, baking electricity or traditional tui-na techniques can be used to accelerate the absorption of the rich bag. If the fulvic pouch is relatively large or connected to the surrounding nerves and blood vessels, in treatment, surgery can be taken to remove the fulvic pouch by incision, during which attention needs to be paid to protecting the local nerves and blood vessels, and the wall of the pouch must be removed to avoid recurrence after surgery.
