What causes bone pain after childbirth

Postpartum bone pain may be caused by the body’s repair stage, long time in bed, injury during labor, and calcium deficiency of the body.
1. Repair stage of the body: the fetus has basically developed in late pregnancy, which may produce great pressure on the pelvis and pelvic floor muscles. After giving birth to a child, the body is in the repair stage, and the muscles and pelvis are not fully restored, which will lead to the symptoms of postnatal bone pain.
2. Long bed-ridden time: too long bed-ridden time after childbirth will affect the normal metabolism of acidic substances in the muscles, producing a large amount of lactic acid accumulation, and the symptoms of post-partum bone pain.
3. Injuries during labor: women have to exert themselves to promote the descent of the fetal head during labor, which will produce heavy pressure on the bones around the pelvis, and in serious cases, fractures will occur, and there will be symptoms of bone pain after giving birth to a child.
4. Calcium deficiency: Postpartum malnutrition or breastfeeding women may suffer from calcium deficiency, which can lead to a decline in bone quality and cause symptoms of post-partum bone pain.
There are many reasons for postnatal bone pain, and if it is serious, it is recommended that you seek medical treatment in time.
