A pancreatic fistula is a fistula in which the amylase level in the abdominal drainage fluid is more than 3 times the upper limit of normal after pancreatic surgery. According to the current international consensus, pancreatic fistula is divided into 3 grades, and grade A pancreatic fistula does not require special treatment, while the management of grade B and C pancreatic fistula includes: 1. continuous drainage; 2. external percutaneous perforation drainage or endoscopic perforation drainage treatment for areas of poor drainage and intra-abdominal fluid collection; 3. angiographic intervention for pancreatic fistula erosion of blood vessels leading to bleeding; 4. pancreatic fistula combined with infection: sensitive antibiotics are given for symptomatic treatment. If the fistula is accompanied by organ failure, the corresponding organ support treatment should be performed.
