A hard nodule under the nipple of a boy is abnormal if it is a nucleus pulposus. It is considered to be related to the boy’s excessive intake of estrogen, and it is not excluded that it is caused by congenital pituitary lesions. If the nucleus is a mammary nucleus, it should be examined to see if the estrogen level in the body is too high, for example, the current state of excessive obesity will cause the estrogen level to rise, or the short-term intake of foods containing estrogen-like substances, such as drinking a lot of milk, a lot of soy products, and eating fast food and snacks, will affect the hormone level. If estrogen levels rise while related factors are present, the hormone levels can be adjusted through diet control and weight reduction, and then the nucleus pulposus will disappear. If the nucleus does not disappear significantly after control, further examination should be conducted in the hospital to rule out congenital pituitary lesions and, if necessary, MRI of the pituitary gland and other corresponding examinations should be performed under the guidance of a doctor.
