How to tell if invasive breast cancer is serious or not

Invasive breast cancer requires a thorough evaluation to determine the severity of breast cancer based on a combination of ultrasound/CT and other findings, tumor stage, and immunohistochemistry. If the pathological results are of low malignancy, such as simple tubular carcinoma, invasive saphenous carcinoma, etc., the early prognosis is good and it belongs to a relatively non-severe type. If the pathological results are invasive ductal carcinoma, invasive lobular carcinoma, etc., these two types account for the majority of breast cancers and can prolong the survival time of the patient through surgical treatment, chemotherapy and radiotherapy. In addition to the above pathological types, whether there is distant metastasis and immunohistochemistry type should also be combined to judge, so invasive breast cancer is not good to judge whether it is serious or not, and it needs to be further diagnosed according to the pathological results. Patients are advised to go to regular hospitals in time to avoid delay.
