Why is the right hip still hurting after the MRI?

Nuclear magnetic right hip joint no problem but still pain may be related to the right hip soft tissue injury, hip osteoarthritis, aseptic necrosis of the femoral head and lumbar spine lesions. 1. Hip soft tissue injury: when the right hip joint under the influence of chronic strain injury, the right hip pain can occur, but there is generally no obvious abnormal lesions on the hip MRI, and in some cases, the symptoms of soft tissue edema can be seen. 2. Hip osteoarthritis: most of the early osteoarthritis of the hip joint, hip joint MRI generally can not see the lesions, and later can be seen in the joint space narrowing, cartilage lesions, and acetabular rim of the bone cumbersome formation. 3. Aseptic necrosis of the femoral head: for some femoral head aseptic necrosis in the early stage, MRI can have no typical manifestations, such as bone marrow edema, localized osteonecrosis, etc., with the aggravation of necrosis, it can only be found in the later review. 4. Lumbar spine lesions: such as lumbar disc herniation, lumbar spinal stenosis or lumbar spondylolisthesis, etc., which compress or stimulate the nerves, leading to hip pain, numbness and other symptoms, usually there is no abnormal sign on the MRI of the hip joint. MRI of the right hip joint is not a problem but there are pain symptoms, it is recommended to go to the hospital in time, a clear diagnosis, and treatment under the guidance of the doctor.
