How long do you usually live with mid-stage lung cancer?

Lung adenocarcinoma is a common type of lung cancer pathology in clinical practice, and there are obvious individualized differences in how long one can live in the middle stage, which cannot be generalized. Generally, patients with stage II and IIIa are treated with surgery and post-operative radiotherapy to eradicate small metastases, and some patients can survive up to 5 years, and some of them can even be cured and survive for a long time. The treatment of stage IIIb patients is based on comprehensive treatment such as radiotherapy, chemotherapy and targeted drug therapy, and the survival time is related to the tumor size and case type, generally 2-3 years. However, if effective treatment is not carried out and left to develop, it will soon develop into advanced stage and the survival time may be a few months to a year. Therefore, patients with mid-stage lung adenocarcinoma must maintain a good attitude and actively cooperate with the treatment, most of them can achieve good results.
