What are the early symptoms of rheumatism?

Rheumatism can be divided into many kinds, for example, rheumatism can be divided into rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, osteoporosis, ankylosing spondylitis, systemic lupus erythematosus, systemic sclerosis, and so on. Rheumatoid early stage can appear multi-joint swelling and pain, morning stiffness. Osteoarthritis early stage appears pain and discomfort in the knee joint. Early stages of osteoporosis can present with fear of cold and wandering pain in the peripheral joints. Early stage of ankylosing spondylitis may present with low back pain, which is worse in the morning and relieved after activity. In early stage of systemic lupus erythematosus, skin rash, photosensitivity, multi-joint swelling and pain, and blood and urine abnormalities may occur. In the early stage of SLE, the hands may turn white and purple when exposed to cold.
