What’s wrong with short periods?

The sudden appearance of short periods may be caused by irregular diet, malnutrition, prolonged late night, endocrine disorders, it is recommended to pay attention to the intake of nutrients, eat more dates, wolfberry and animal liver, etc., to maintain sufficient sleep, avoid staying up late. If the menstrual flow is low from the first period, it is considered that the short period is caused by genetic factors and does not require special treatment and has no effect on the reproductive function. If the menstrual flow is normal at the beginning, but the short menstrual period continues to occur recently, it is considered to be caused by weak liver, weak endometrium, fibroids, etc. It is recommended to go to the hospital to identify the cause and treat it. Normally, the menstrual period is about 3-7 days, with a minimum of not less than 3 days and a maximum of not more than 7 days, and the volume of menstrual blood is 50-80 ml. If the time is less than 3 days or the volume of menstruation is less than 50 ml, it is not normal.
