Inflammatory diseases include bacterial inflammation, such as acute gastroenteritis caused by disturbance of intestinal flora after eating unclean food in summer and autumn, which can manifest as abdominal pain, bloating and even diarrhea, and unformed stools, and the symptoms can be relieved, disappeared and cured after 2-3 days of anti-infection treatment. In contrast, non-bacterial inflammation is mainly seen in autoimmune enteropathy, including ulcerative colitis or Crohn’s disease, which usually requires further colonoscopy to clarify the diagnosis. Treatment is mainly symptomatic, such as mesalazine, while avoiding overly oily, spicy and irritating foods. Neoplastic factors are mainly seen in intestinal polyps or malignant tumors, that is, incomplete intestinal obstruction caused by intestinal cancer, which requires colonoscopy for clear diagnosis, and can usually be treated by gastroscopic resection of intestinal polyps or local intestinal resection, or even radical resection of intestinal cancer, combined with postoperative chemotherapy or radiotherapy.
