Manifestations of ectopic pregnancy and miscarriage

The clinical manifestations of ectopic pregnancy with miscarriage: i. there is a history of menopause; ii. there will be irregular vaginal bleeding in the clinic; iii. through ultrasound examination, the gestational sac cannot be seen in the uterus, while the echo of the gestational sac can be seen in the ectopic; iv. through ultrasound examination again, the echo of the ectopic gestational sac will be found to have shrunk significantly or disappeared, and through blood HCG examination, the blood HCG appears to have a decreasing trend. Above, these are the clinical manifestations of miscarriage type ectopic pregnancy. It is worth noting that clinical monitoring of blood HCG needs to be continued. The vast majority of miscarried ectopic pregnancies are miscarried and the embryonic tissues have died. In some cases, the embryonic tissue continues to survive in the pelvic or abdominal cavity. Continuing the pregnancy in the clinic can cause more serious consequences, so the blood HCG test can be used to find out if this condition exists before doing a detailed examination.
