How to take care of bladder cancer after surgery?

Follow-up of bladder tumor is a very important part of the disease treatment process. If bladder preserving surgery is done, the postoperative follow-up process is as follows: 1. bladder perfusion chemotherapy (specific chemotherapy drugs may vary from person to person), 1*8 times per week, and then 1 time per month until 1-2 years after surgery. 2.Cystoscopy will be repeated every 3 months after surgery, and may be repeated every 6 months after 2 years, and once a year after 5 years. 3.Postoperative urine exfoliation cytology, urine FISH, and urinary system ultrasound cannot replace cystoscopy. 4. During the follow-up, if there is tumor recurrence, a new round of bladder perfusion chemotherapy and cystoscopy will be restarted after another surgery (still preserving the bladder).
