How to treat yellow rice sores

Yellow rice sores are impetigo, a common suppurative skin disease that is treated with medication and, if necessary, physical therapy.
Impetigo is a common, superficial skin infectious disease transmitted by contact, characterized by the occurrence of blisters, pustules, easy to break and pus crust. It is popular in summer and fall, mostly seen in children aged 2-7 years old.
1. Drug treatment: impetigo is mainly caused by Staphylococcus aureus, type B hemolytic streptococcus and other infections, and can be treated with local treatment and systemic treatment.
(1) Local treatment: blisters or pustules are sterilized locally and the blister fluid is aspirated, and neomycin ointment, mupirocin ointment or fusidic acid ointment is applied externally.
(2) Systemic treatment: if the skin lesions are extensive or accompanied by fever and lymphadenitis, sensitive antibiotics should be applied systematically and selected according to the results of drug sensitivity.
Such as penicillin, clindamycin, vancomycin, etc., all need to be used under the guidance of medical professionals.
2. Physical therapy: semiconductor laser, helium-neon laser irradiation of impetigo can also be effective treatment of impetigo.
Patients with impetigo should actively seek medical advice and follow the doctor’s instructions for standardized treatment. Usually should pay attention to personal hygiene, keep the skin clean. Patients should be properly isolated, and the clothes, towels and utensils that patients have touched should be sterilized.
