Post-operative review time for colorectal cancer of the stomach

Standardized postoperative review is recommended for early detection of tumor recurrence and metastasis, and early countermeasures can be taken. The review should be done once in 3-6 months after surgery for 2 years, once in 6 months after 2 years for 5 years, and once a year after 5 years. In general, the routine review items are liver ultrasound, chest X-ray, tumor index CEA, CA199, etc. If necessary, enhanced CT of the surgical site will be performed; gastroscopy and colonoscopy will be reviewed within one year, and then once every two to three years.
