The main symptoms of esophageal occupational lesions are choking sensation when eating, food that does not go down easily, and often feeling like you are choking when eating. Occupied esophageal lesions mainly include benign and malignant lesions of the esophagus. If the symptom of esophageal occupancy occurs, gastroscopy should be done, and the esophageal occupancy can be seen directly under gastroscopy. If it is not early esophageal cancer and cannot be resected endoscopically, radical surgery of esophageal cancer should be done after thoracic surgery consultation.
