Judging the urgency of cirrhosis, that is, judging the stability and deterioration of cirrhosis, can be done through the shape of the liver, symptoms, and the condition of liver function. 1. Liver shape: the shape of the liver is observed through ultrasound and other imaging examinations of the liver. Under ultrasound, the stable condition of cirrhosis is manifested by liver enlargement and so on, which mostly appears in the early stage of cirrhosis. The deterioration of cirrhosis is characterized by shrinkage of liver and sometimes ascites, which is mostly seen in the late stage of cirrhosis. 2. Symptoms: When the condition of cirrhosis is stabilized, the main symptoms are mild fatigue, abdominal distension and so on. When the condition deteriorates, not only the previous symptoms, but also portal hypertension, rupture and bleeding of esophagogastric varices, hepatic encephalopathy and so on. 3. Liver function: liver function is basically normal, there is no obvious jaundice, only blood routine and other part of the data are mildly abnormal, generally the condition of cirrhosis is stable. If liver function is significantly abnormal, low albumin and elevated bilirubin, it suggests that the condition of liver cirrhosis is deteriorating. The above methods alone can not accurately determine the urgency of cirrhosis, but also need to be combined with the characteristics of the medical history, other test results to make an accurate judgment, it is recommended that under the guidance of a doctor to clarify.
