The cervical margins are negative, indicating that the tissue of cervical lesions has been completely removed, the margins are free of diseased tissue, and the remaining cervical tissue is normal. In this case, regular cervical pre-cancer screening is sufficient, and the timing of the review can be decided according to the results of the examination. If the cervical pathology is mild pre-cancerous lesions, the cervix can be reviewed after one year. If the cervical pathology is mild precancerous, the cervix can be rechecked after three months. If the cervix is normal, review the cervix after one year. Women need to do regular cervical cancer screening every year, that is, TCT and HPV testing, and if abnormalities are found, timely symptomatic treatment is needed, so as to avoid the occurrence of cervical cancer.
