Do you need to take anti-inflammatory drugs for wounds?

Having a wound does not necessarily require anti-inflammatory medication or a wound after surgery, and does not always require antibiotic prophylaxis or treatment. In clinical practice, surgical incisions are classified as Type I incisions, Type II incisions and Type III incisions. Type I incisions, also known as sterile incisions, are mainly seen in the thyroid, breast, inguinal hernia, and saphenous varicose veins. For Class I incisions, as long as strict sterilization and strict aseptic operation are achieved, no antibiotics are used without bringing about wound infection if the patient does not have combined diabetes or the local surgical wound may be infected, so it is not necessary to take anti-inflammatory drugs for having a wound.
