How to massage the lacrimal sac area

  Method 1: If the baby has a purulent discharge inside the eye, parents can use the thumb or index finger to compress the tear sac, press on the root of the baby’s nose and the central part of the inner canthus of the eye, squeeze the pus in a clockwise direction, and a portion of the pus will flow out of the corner of the baby’s eye, parents wipe it clean and order eye medication for the baby.  Method 2: Press the tear sac with the thumb and press downward, this pressure should have a certain strength, through the pressure, hopefully the lower end of the nasolacrimal duct blocked membrane to flush away. At home is usually 5-7 times a day massage, each time press 6-8, if there is pus, after the press with a cotton swab to wipe the secretions, and then repeat the above action, until there is no pus until after the point of medication.
