The specific treatment method of rectal choriocapillary tubular adenoma is still mainly combined with the condition of the lesion itself, the lesion with high benign possibility can be resected through enteroscopy; the lesion with malignant possibility and malignant lesion found in the pathological examination result needs to be resected through laparoscopic localized intestinal resection. 1. Enteroscopic resection: for lesions with small size, narrow base, smooth edge and low possibility of malignancy, surgical resection can be done through enteroscopy, and most of them can be cured after surgery. 2. Laparoscopic resection: through the examination of lesions with large size, wide base and broken edge, suspecting malignant possibility, try to do pathological biopsy to determine the malignant cells, can be resected through laparoscopy on the corresponding lesion section of the intestinal tube. Postoperative pathological examination of the lesion as well as immunohistochemistry are needed to comprehensively determine the specific condition and then proceed to the next treatment plan.
