Biological incompatibility of dialyzer, some patients are not adapted to the membrane material of the dialyzer; 2. The hemodialysis prescription set by the doctor is not suitable, such as ultrafiltration of dialysis, dehydration, speed and osmolality change, etc., and the patient will have discomfort if the change is big and the patient cannot stand it; 3. Interdialysis weight gain is faster and poorly adapted to tolerate volume changes, and these problems can also occur after dialysis. If patients repeatedly experience post-dialysis fatigue, it is recommended that they communicate with the physician in charge in a timely manner to appropriately adjust their dialysis prescription and to limit excessive weight gain between dialysis sessions. Most patients will feel comfortable after dialysis with adjustments.
