Can herpes sore throat heal on its own?

Herpes pharyngitis is an acute infectious disease that occurs when a virus enters the intestinal tract. Herpes pharyngitis occurs in children between the ages of one and seven because their immune system is still very low and they are not able to defend themselves against some viral invasion. In general, herpes pharyngitis will heal itself within seven days, but in more serious cases, it can take about ten days to heal itself. Although herpes pharyngitis can heal itself, the process is still very painful, and the child will experience fever, pain, startle, and loss of appetite. Therefore, parents are advised to go to the hospital to diagnose and treat their children once they discover the symptoms of herpes pharyngitis, as earlier treatment will alleviate a pain for their children. Herpes pharyngitis can heal on its own, but at the same time, it is important to pay attention to the child’s hygiene so as not to aggravate the infection by invading other viruses, and if the condition is serious, to take medication as prescribed by the doctor.
