Can a failed kidney transplant be operated on again?

Patient: Dear Doctor, Hello! My mother’s condition has worsened after a failed kidney transplant, so I’d like to ask you for help. The situation is as follows: Female, 48 years old, suffered from nephritis in 1995 and has been taking traditional Chinese medicine for treatment. 2005 creatinine reached more than 700, so she underwent kidney transplantation in December, but the operation was not successful. She was discharged from Beijing People’s Hospital in June 2006 with a severe lung infection and started dialysis twice a week in August 2006. Recently, he felt shortness of breath and difficulty in breathing, and a chest X-ray showed an enlarged heart shadow. Present condition, blood secondary antibody 70%; weight 45 Kg. He weighs 45 Kg. He is allergic and cannot take sulfonamides. The transplanted kidney still has blood flow and the kidney is shrinking compared to before. I would like to ask: 1. whether another kidney transplant can be done; 2. how to get rid of the secondary antibodies; 3. whether the success rate of the surgery will be affected by the presence of antibodies after the surgery; 4. whether there are other alternatives besides surgery and whether the patient’s current physical condition can withstand the surgery. Thank you for addressing my question in your busy schedule.
