Subcortical ischemic foci in the frontal lobe may present with symptoms such as limb sensory impairment, limb motor impairment, speech dysfunction, and seizures. 1. Limb sensory disorder: it may present with abnormal eccentric sensation and numbness. 2. Limb dyskinesia: manifested as weakness of limbs, uncoordinated movement, slow movement and so on. 3. Speech dysfunction: mostly manifested as unfavorable speech, slurred speech, aphasia and so on. 4. Epileptic seizure: there may be convulsions, foaming at the mouth and other symptoms. 5. When the lesion is small, there may be no obvious symptoms. Frontal subcortical ischemic foci are ischemic foci formed when the blood vessels in the frontal lobe are ischemic and occluded, resulting in necrosis of brain tissue. When the above symptoms appear, it is necessary to go to the hospital in time for targeted treatment.
