How to get rid of acne

Acne is also known as acne vulgaris, and its elimination methods include general treatment, topical medication, oral medication, phototherapy, chemical peeling therapy, and so on.
1. General treatment: For mild acne, skin care, avoiding a diet high in sugar, controlling the intake of fried foods, not staying up late, going to bed early and getting up early, and keeping a good mood can be used to reduce the symptoms and minimize the occurrence of acne.
2. Topical medication: For mild to moderate acne, if there is no obvious inflammation, you can use topical retinoids, such as retinoic acid ointment, tazarotene gel, etc. For acne with obvious inflammation, you can use topical benzoyl peroxide to sterilize the acne; topical antibacterials, such as clindamycin and erythromycin, for anti-infective treatments; and topical salicylic acid, to dissolve the pimples.
3. Oral medication: moderate acne, the effect of external drug treatment is not good, oral antibacterial treatment, such as minocycline, etc.; nodules, cysts and polymerization of acne, oral isotretinoin treatment, but the drug has teratogenic side effects, prohibited for pregnant women and women of childbearing age; female patients with high androgen, can be taken orally anti-androgen drug treatment, such as cotrimoxazole acetate tablets.
4. Phototherapy: According to different conditions of acne, red light, blue light and other phototherapy can be taken to treat.
5. Chemical peeling therapy: You can peel off the epidermis through fruit acid peeling to reduce post-acne hyperpigmentation.
