What are the new drugs for leukemia

There are nine new drugs for the treatment of leukemia including Midostaurin, Enasidenib, CPX-351, GemtuzumabOzogamicin, lvosidenib, Glasdegib, Vinaclat, Gilteritinib, and oral Azacitidine.
1.Midostaurin: belongs to the FLT3 inhibitors, can significantly reduce the risk of death in FLT3-positive AML patients, well tolerated.
2. Enasidenib: belongs to IDH2 inhibitor, used for the treatment of relapsed refractory adult AML with IDH2 mutation.
3. CPX-351: can be used for the treatment of t-AML and AML-MRC.
4. GemtuzumabOzogamicin: belongs to CD33 mutation ADC, can be used for primary diagnosis of CD33 mutation AML.
5. lvosidenib: belongs to IDH1 inhibitors, can be used for relapsed refractory IDH1 mutant AML.
6. Glasdegib: belongs to the Hedgehog pathway inhibitors, can be used for the first diagnosis of AML intolerant to conventional chemotherapy.
7. Vinaclat: a BCL2 inhibitor, can be used for primary AML that is intolerant to conventional chemotherapy.
8. Gilteritinib: belongs to the FLT3 inhibitors, can be used for relapsed refractory FLT3 mutation AML.
9. Oral Azacitidine: belongs to the demethylation class of drugs, and can be used for AML with CR or CRi obtained after chemotherapy.
The drug should be used under the supervision of a physician.
