High pressure of 180 is the level of hypertension

For high pressure over 180 mmHg or low pressure over 120 mmHg, it can be diagnosed as grade 3 hypertension. Patients with grade 3 hypertension are critically ill in hypertension, and once a patient develops significant dizziness and headache accompanied by nausea and jet-like vomiting, along with blurred vision and blurred vision, malignant hypertension, hypertensive encephalopathy, hypertensive crisis, and increased intracranial pressure should be considered. Therefore, when the high pressure exceeds 180 mmHg, the blood pressure should be strictly controlled to avoid serious cerebrovascular accidents, cardiovascular accidents and acute renal insufficiency and other comorbidities. For patients with grade 3 hypertension with a high pressure of 180 mmHg, it is usually recommended to take the following antihypertensive drugs, such as calcium channel antagonists, diuretics, ACEI drugs, ARB drugs or taking beta-blockers. If one drug alone cannot lower blood pressure well, two or three antihypertensive drugs can be combined to lower blood pressure.
