How often do you have to take a maternity test when you are pregnant

In general, checkups can start at about 6 weeks after menopause, and before 28 weeks of pregnancy, labor checkups are conducted every 4 weeks or so; at 28-36 weeks of pregnancy, labor checkups are conducted every 2-3 weeks; after 37 weeks of pregnancy, labor checkups are conducted weekly until delivery. Pregnant women with no obvious complications should have at least 8 or more labor tests during pregnancy. According to China’s Guidelines for Preconception and Pregnancy Care, the currently recommended pregnancy weeks for prenatal checkups are: 6-13+6 weeks of gestation, 14-19+6 weeks, 20-24 weeks, 25-28 weeks, 29-32 weeks, 33-36 weeks, and at 37 weeks, weekly checkups are required until delivery. The pregnancy checkups include a detailed medical history, comprehensive physical examination, obstetric examination and necessary auxiliary tests. Mothers with high-risk factors may have more frequent pregnancy checkups as appropriate. In addition, pregnant women who are not feeling well should seek timely medical checkups.
