General treatment: quit smoking and drinking, appropriate exercise, eliminate tension, massage or hot bath can reduce symptoms. 2. Drugs: including clonazepam, eszopiclone and so on. It should be noted that the drugs have dependence, but also dry mouth, drowsiness, dizziness, fatigue and other discomforts, prohibited in myasthenia gravis, glaucoma, severe chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.
