Sequelae of craniotomy: I. Post-operative intracranial infection, brain abscess, or even systemic infection and sepsis may occur. Second, due to the damage of brain tissue, it can lead to postoperative hemiparesis, aphasia, sensory impairment, or even coma and become a state of plant. Third, the patient’s symptoms are not relieved after surgery. Fourth, postoperative prolonged bed rest, cerebral infarction formation, pneumonia, gastrointestinal bleeding, and even multiple organ system failure. Finally there may be other possible complications.
