Does papillary hyperplasia of the ductal epithelium of the breast mean malignancy?

Breast ductal epithelial papillary hyperplasia is a benign condition of breast enlargement. Breast ductal epithelial hyperplasia, a pathologic type of cystic hyperplasia of the breast.
