Breast ductal epithelial papillary hyperplasia is a benign condition of breast enlargement. Breast ductal epithelial hyperplasia, a pathologic type of cystic hyperplasia of the breast. Breast cystic hyperplasia is a common and frequent disease in women, with different nomenclature due to different knowledge of the disease. The pathologic pattern is diverse, and hyperplasia can occur in the ductal epithelium, periductal tissue, and lobules. When it occurs in the ductal epithelium, it can show different degrees of papillary hyperplasia, accompanied by cystic dilatation of the milk ducts; when it occurs in the parenchyma of the breast lobules, it mainly shows epithelial hyperplasia of the milk ducts and glandular follicles; when it occurs in the periductal area, it can be accompanied by the formation of cysts of varying sizes, which contain yellowish or brownish fluids.
