Easy way to count fetal movements

Pregnant women usually need to start counting fetal movements after 28 weeks of pregnancy, according to the 12-hour fetal movement count, that is, every day in the morning, midday and evening fixed resting time, choose a comfortable lying position, such as the left side of the lying position, each monitor the number of fetal movements for 1 hour, the total number of 3 times the number of fetal movements after multiplying the total number of times times 4, that is, the number of fetal movements in the 12-hour period.
Fetal movement 3-5 times in one hour is normal, when the fetal movement is normal, it can be assumed that the fetus is not hypoxic and is in good condition. If you find that the number of fetal movements is less than 3 times/hour or strong, continuous fetal movement or kicking, it is recommended to go to the hospital for further examination to rule out the possibility of abnormal fetal movement.
Fetal movement is the first indicator for pregnant women to determine whether the fetus is abnormal or not, most pregnant women can feel the fetal movement coming from the fetus around 20 weeks, some pregnant women will feel the small movements of the fetus even earlier around 16 weeks, but at that time the strength of the fetus is not enough, the number of times of fetal movement is small, the fetal movement is not obvious.
If a pregnant woman feels a decrease or increase in fetal movement, she should go to the hospital for monitoring and have the doctor assess the condition of the fetus.
