Can you become lactose intolerant from eating pizza?

People with a deficiency of lactase in their body may become lactose intolerant when eating pizza containing dairy products; normal healthy people generally do not become lactose intolerant when eating pizza. Lactose intolerance is a deficiency of the enzyme lactase in the body, which prevents it from digesting the lactose in dairy products. If lactose intolerant patients ingest foods containing lactose may experience gastrointestinal discomfort such as abdominal pain, diarrhea, and bloating. Pizza, on the other hand, is mainly due to cheese, flour, milk, yeast, sugar, oil, salt, and other ingredients such as sausage. If patients suffering from lactose intolerance eat pizza containing cheese and milk, they may experience abdominal pain, bloating and other signs of lactose intolerance. In the case of normal people, eating pizza usually does not cause lactose intolerance. Normally normal healthy eating of pizza does not manifest lactose intolerance, but people who lack lactase in their bodies are prone to lactose intolerance when eating pizza containing dairy products. Lactose intolerant patients are advised to avoid eating pizza with milk or cheese, as well as other dairy products such as yogurt and condensed milk.
