Early Symptoms of Anal Cancer

Early symptoms of anal cancer mainly include: 1. Pain. It is manifested as the sensation of anal swelling and pain in the perianal area; 2. Perianal moisture, itching, sometimes accompanied by other symptoms, such as blood in the stool. When these symptoms appear, don’t think it is hemorrhoids, go to the anorectal department of the hospital, do anal fingerprinting, anorectoscopy, anoscopy and other tests to clarify whether it is hemorrhoids or anal cancer. If the finger cuffs are full of blood during anal fingerprinting, or if a swelling can be palpated and a stricture can be felt, and additionally if a swelling is also seen on anoscopy, a pathology test will need to be taken to clarify the diagnosis. Then, local and distant metastases are evaluated. If there is a chance of surgery, surgery is preferred, followed by radiotherapy treatment.
