Can you keep your pregnancy in the right corner of the uterus?

A pregnancy that is deposited on the right side of the uterine horn is called a uterine horn pregnancy. There are two types of uterine horn pregnancies: Type I and Type II. Some of these pregnancies can be saved, but they are more risky. Type II pregnancy cannot be saved. Type Ⅰ is that most of the gestational sac grows inside the uterine cavity, and the myometrium of the uterine horn does not protrude outward obviously; Type Ⅱ uterine horn pregnancy is that the gestational sac grows mainly outside the uterine horn, and only a small part of it is inside the uterine cavity, and the uterine horn protrudes outward obviously. In type I uterine horn pregnancy, some patients have the possibility to carry the pregnancy to full term and be able to deliver through vaginal delivery, but some of the pregnant women have a higher risk of miscarriage and there is a risk of rupture of the uterine horn, so if they want to insist on continuing the pregnancy, they need to follow up closely on a regular basis, and terminate the pregnancy in time if there are any accidents. Type II uterine horn pregnancy once diagnosed to be surgical treatment, is not saved. Therefore, it is recommended to go to a regular hospital to decide whether the pregnancy can continue according to the condition of the pregnancy.
