To avoid the risk of bleeding due to puncture after renal puncture, one should be bedridden for 24 hours and then get out of bed. Climbing, climbing and strenuous exercise are prohibited for 3 days. To avoid patients’ postoperative discomfort, the 24 hours after surgery are divided into the following periods: 1. 8 hours after surgery, there should not be any activity in the waist, hip and lower limbs; 2. 8-16 hours after surgery, turn over and bend the lower limbs with the assistance of medical staff to relieve the exhausted state; 3. 16-24 hours after surgery, one can exercise in bed, such as turning over, bending the legs and urinating and defecating, but not getting out of bed.
