What are the white spots on the tonsils

The white spots on the tonsils are usually tonsillar keratoses, tonsillar stones, tonsillar pus plugs, etc., as follows: 1. tonsillar keratoses: mainly formed by abnormal proliferation and keratinization of tonsillar lymphoid tissue, possibly related to local fungal infection, inflammatory stimulation, and repeated friction. 2. tonsillar stones: more likely to occur in the upper tonsillar fossa, mainly from food residues, bacteria, and dead cells inside the tonsils. The tonsil stones can be peeled out with tweezers or peelers.
