In clinical practice, the diagnosis of Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumoniae infection is confirmed by the following: 1. blood biochemical examination, including detection of antibodies related to Mycoplasma pneumoniae in the blood, blood agglutination test and complement binding test, enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay, etc. 2. X-ray or CT of both lungs can be examined, and generally the lesions can be found to be in wandering shadows, requiring regular follow-up.
